Black Aces bring you Rock 'n A Hard Place Festival. A stellar mini festival lineup hand picked by the band themselves.

After touring nationally and internationally, from country pubs to biker clubs, releasing EP’s, videos and singles, and recently dropping their debut album, the boys from Black Aces thought what next? Having always wanted to put on their own festival, the words “bugger it, let’s bloody do it” were uttered, and Rock 'n A Hard Place was born! The Aces have managed to pull together a lineup that showcases some bloody great rock bands that we all know and love, and some we should all be getting to know.

Rock 'n A Hard Place features a selection of Melbourne’s finest acts, in psychedelic heavy blues trio Two Headed Dog, funky blues rockers Smoke Stack Rhino, plus long time Melbourne rock royalty The Casanovas. From Sydney, Celtic rockers The Bitter Sweethearts, returning to Aus from a slew of US dates are Dellacoma Rio and the Dark Horses and fresh from their Water For Thirsty Dogs European tour, Adelaide hard rock kings Tracer. Of course the lads from Black Aces couldn’t throw their own festival without chucking themselves in the mix!

Set to take place at Melbourne’s rock institute The Tote Hotel, there is nowhere else you’ll want to be Saturday 25th June! Tickets available via Oztix now.
